Below is a quick introductory to each tool and feature the SERP Dashboard offers for business owners. SERP Tools

The Dashboard
The SERP Dashboard is the home page of the portal. This allows you to see a quick view of all your analytics activity. This includes your ranking position change (Google & Bing), Google Analytics overview, Twitter Analytics, Backlinks, Facebook Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and YouTube Analytics. These analytics can be adjusted to compare the last 7 days, 30 days, this month, all time, or a custom preference

SEO Rankings
The SEO tool allows you to go into depth in your Google & Bing Rankings, position changes, and selected competition compares. That is right you can see what your competitors are doing. These analytics can be adjusted to compare the last 7 days, 30 days, this month, all time, or a custom preference. All reports can be exported into a PDF or Excel File

Analytics
The Google Analytics tool lets you see in detail of your overview, searches, referrals, locale, ecommerce, and goals. These analytics can be adjusted to compare the last 7 days, 30 days, this month, all time, or a custom preference. All reports can be exported into a PDF or Excel File

Social
The Social Tool gives you an overview of all your integrated social media, your overall feed of all your social media accounts, Facebook only Analytics, Twitter only Analytics, LinkedIn only Analytics, and YouTube only Analytics. The overview, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube reports canbe adjusted to compare the reports to the last 7 days, 30 days, this month, all time, or a custom preference and all reports can be exported into a PDF or Excel file



DASHBOARD

Rankings
You will be able to see as your rankings change in Google and Bing /Yahoo. Clearly see how many positions your keywords combined moved up or down. This number will either be positive, if the majority of keywords went up. Or negative if the majority of keywords went down. You can click on the box as a shortcut to see the detail report of SEO rankings.

Google Analytics
The Google Analytics will allow you to see the number of visits you have had to your website in your duration time (in the top right box. Ex: Last 30 days). This also shows you the percentage of the bounce rate off your website. You can click on the box as a shortcut to see the detail report of Analytics.

Facebook
SERP will show you the number of likes your Facebook business page has. The number of profiles you reached and how many profiles are engaged. You can click on the box as a shortcut to see the detail report of Facebook Analytics.

Twitter
SERP will show you an overview of your Twitter accounts number of followers, number of re-tweets, and number of profiles that favorite your posts. You can click on the box as a shortcut to see the detail report of Twitter Analytics

LinkedIn
SERP shows you the number of followers, likes and impressions that your LinkedIn profile has received. You can click on the box as a shortcut to see the detail report of LinkedIn Analytics.

YouTube
SERP will show you the number of views, likes, and dislikes your profile has received. You can click on the box as a shortcut to see the detail report of YouTube Analytics.

SEO RANKINGS:

From the rankings page, you will be able to view all your chosen keywords, what position they are on Google and Bing/Yahoo, and the position changes for Google and Bing/Yahoo over your chosen duration time. (In top right corner, you can change it to your preference). You are also able to export each report in the top right corner into a PDF or Excel File.

At the top of the graphs you will see; Google, Google Change, Bing, and Bing Changes. These tabs are clickable to view the different graphs of each subtitle.

QUICK TIP

If you hover your mouse pointer over the position your keyword is ranking in Google & Bing/Yahoo. It will show you the last time the position was checked and what page the chosen keyword is going to. You can also take a Screenshot of your position in Google/Bing. Or if you want to see a LIVE version, select 'SERP'. This will open up a new window to show you a LIVE version of your position on Google/Bing.

ANALYTICS

CHANNELS
The overview of the Google Analytics is setup to see the number of views, unique visitors, page views, and conversions for the duration time that is set up in the top right corner. It also will show you a pie chart depicting what type of visitors your site is receiving: organic, direct, and referrals. The line graph at the bottom will show your time range of number visits, page/visits, average time on site, percentage of new visitors, and the percentage of the bounce rate. Don’t forget! You can export all reports in the top right hand corner.

ORGANIC SEARCH:
The organic search tab shows has a line and pie graphs of organic (unpaid) analytics. The pie graph determines what percentage is coming from each of the search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing, AOL,and Ask.) Also at the bottom of the page is a list of searched keywords; the number of visits, page visits, average time on site, percentage of new visits and bounce rate for each keyword at the bottom of the page under the sub-tab ‘Keyword’ for the duration time selected.
PAID SEARCH:
The paid search tab shows has a line and pie graphs that are linked with your Google Adword. Also at the bottom of the page is a list of searched keywords; the number of visits, page visits, average time on site, percentage of new visits and bounce rate for each keyword at the bottom of the page under the sub-tab ‘Keyword’ for the duration time selected. 
SOCIAL:
The Sub-Tab Social, tracks visitors to your social business pages. For each social network it will tell you how many sessions,pages per sessions, average session duration, percentage of new sessions, bounce rate, and goal completions. Remember to update your duration time that you want to focus on in the top right corner. 
REFERRALS:
The Referrals tab under Google Analytics will display different sites, directories, listings, social media sites, (not search engines) that people searched and visited. In addition, you will see from what specific directory they originated to get to your website. It will show you a graph of your analytics of visitors, page/visit, Avg. Time on Site, % New Visits, and Bounce Rate from directories and other sources to your website. Below the Graph, it will show you the source that is directing to your website. How many visitors, page/visit, average time on site, percentage of new visitors and bounce rate for each source during the duration time that you selected in the top right corner.
AUDIENCE
Under Analytics, is the tab: Audience. This tracks who is coming to your website, where they are coming from, how old they are, if they are male or female and even what device they used while on your website. 
LOCALE
At the top of Locale page, it will show a map of the Earth with some countries shaded different colors. This analysis shows where your visitors, page/visits, average time on site, percentage of new visits and the percentage of the bounce rate are coming from around the world. You will be able to flip through the graphs at the tabs on top of the graphs. Each analytics is set up per duration time that is selected at the top right.
QUICK TIP
You can select to see exactly what cities visitors are from and their analytics, by selecting the “City” tab. Also remember all analytics are from the selected duration time in the top right corner.
DEVICES
Under Audience, you can track exactly what device people are coming to your website from. This is why it is very important to make sure your website friendly on all devices. 

SOCIAL

Overview
In the overview page under Social is a network statics of all connections, posts, and comments. It also has a pie chart of your total connections and the percentage from Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn during the duration time selected at the top right corner. At the bottom page are line graphs of Facebook Likes, Twitter Followers, and YouTube Subscribers. You are able to download the analytics
Feed- Comments
The Feed section opens with the comments tab that displays all comments on posts that you have posted on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn.
Feed-Posts
The Posts tab will show all your posts that you have posted all your Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn on one page.
Feed-Scheduled Posts
In this tab, you will be able to schedule posts in advanced. This is very beneficial tool and will save valuable time. You will be able to plan posts for all holidays ahead of time or do your daily posts all in one day of the week. To create your posts, select ‘Create Post” in the top right corner.
Once you have selected Create Post, a window will open up. (See Photo Below) You will be able to select what social networks you want to post to; Facebook or/and Twitter. You will have the option to ‘Send Now’ or ‘Send Later’. If you select ‘send later’ you can choose the exact date and time you want your post to be posted. The next part is your message that has a max number of characters of 140.
QUICK TIP
You can also upload photos with your scheduled posts. You will be able to upload the photos by selecting the bottom right picture to include with your posts.
Facebook
In Facebook under Social, you will see a line graph of how many profiles you have reached, engaged, and are talking about this during your selected duration time in the top right corner. Below the line graph will show you your most recent posts. It will show you the date of your post, content within your posts, number of profiles reached, number of profiles engaged, and how many are talking about it. You are also able to post a new post that which you can schedule or post now. Don’t forget you are able to upload all analytics into a PDF or Excel file.
Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn:

Twitter will show you a line graphs of how many times your tweets are getting re-tweeted. Below the line graph will also show you all your recent tweets and the date it was tweeted. It will give you the analytics of the number of Re-Tweets, and Favored, per posts in the duration time selected at the top right corner.

YouTube will show you a line graph of views, likes, and dislikes. As well, as a table below of the duration time, views, likes and dislikes of each video that was posted on your YouTube account.

LinkedIn will also give you a line graph of the number of impressions, clicks, likes, comments and shares of the duration time selected in the top right corner. The table below the graphs will show you the message and statics in a table graph.

3 THINGS TO NOT FORGET!

To navigate through the Dashboard, SEO, Analytics and Social by the left pull out bar.

The top right Corner, you can select different time duration. To change your analytics. You can select Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, All Time or Custom.

You can export your Analytics and Reports into a PDF or Excel File..
